Refund Policy
At Medics4u we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy competitive treatments and be treated equitably in this regard.
At Medics4u we adhere to a system of 100 % reimbursement for all products returned unopened and in the original packaging. If on delivery of your product you are not 100% satisfied with your product or suspect that you have not received the right product, return it back to us in 14 days and we will refund 100% of the value of the returned product.
Please ensure that the product gets returned to us in an unopened condition with all the original packaging, and in fourteen days of the billing period. To receive a refund please contact customer service department and provide them with the reasoning behind the return of your order. Our customer service department is available via email. We shall endeavour to answer your enquiries inside a reasonable time after such concern has been reported. Ordinarily we do not accept returns once delivery has been accepted by the client. If products are sent back to us by purchasers they will be destroyed. In specific examples Rebates or Resends will be induced by Medics4u. The following are examples of such Kickbacks and Resends. The conclusion of Medics4u is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. We may refund, or resend providing that:
1. The client is not at home during or at the elected period of delivery and the package is returned back to us.
2. If delivery is refused we may either resend or refund the order subtracting the applicable charges. Please note that if a package is re-sent as a result of your choice not to accept delivery you will be charged a pro-rata charge appropriately.
3. The purchaser does not receive the delivery and the package gets returned to us.
4. Your doctor has suggested that it is not suitable for you to use the treatment for which your order was placed. We may accept this return and provide a full refund. For this remedy please provide a written letter headed response from your health practitioner.
5. While we do not have any control over delays experienced by courier services we shall endeavour to track your package. Our policy is if the package is not received inside thirty days from the date of postage we will provide a full refund or a resend a replacement.
6. If you want to return the medication as the packaging is damaged, the prescription has expired or has been opened, you have been sent the wrong medication or less than what was ordered. In such examples we may resend the package or provide a partial refund.
7. If a package is kept by customs we may reimburse in full if the package gets returned to us or the prescribing dispensary.
8. Orders that are lost in transit will be reimbursed in whole or a resend arranged at our discretion.
